The idea of painting with words came to me in a dream several years ago after I was
inspired by Masuru Emoto’s revolutionary work with water crystals and the healing
power of words. Over time they have evolved into what I call my “mantra” series; a body
of work that combines a repetition of a simple word or two with the healing energy of Reiki.
This work is a way for me to integrate two things I am passionate about; healing and art.
